		<description>Hi lady! I did my old round of dance blogs today and noticed you&#039;d updated yours. Yay! Ah, practice. I used to practice like this as you know. Since bebeh, I still practice a heck of a lot, though I have to be more focused, and honestly my dance progress trajectory is just gonna have to be a bit longer. A lot longer than yours, for sure :-)  

I practice 6 days a week, including 5 days of personal practice each weekday morning at 5 am and yoga twice a week, with added occasional classes and workshops, troupe practice and duet practice every week, and now monthly ATS practice. It&#039;s what I can do, and it honestly is more than what most dancers I know do. But it feels really good to me and I can feel and see my development over time. 

I agree with you -- put your practice where your dreams are!</description>
